The administrator of the Store’s customer personal data is Multizone Sp. z o.o., Os. Przemysława 21, 61-064 Poznań, NIP: 7822959525, KRS: 0001195021.
Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders. Customers provide their personal data voluntarily during the Store registration process or when placing an order.
Providing personal data and consenting to its processing are entirely voluntary, but necessary to fulfill the order. All personal data is processed only to the extent and for the purpose for which it was provided. However, if you choose not to provide your data, we will not be able to fulfill your order.
For the purpose of fulfilling orders, the Seller shares customer personal data with other entities, such as payment operators (Tpay, Dotpay, Przelewy24) and courier companies.
Customers have the right to access, correct, supplement, and update their personal data, as well as to request that their processing be discontinued or deleted. Registered Customers can independently make changes to the personal data stored in their User Account.
Subject to the limitations arising from the GDPR and other legal provisions, you have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify, erase, restrict processing, transfer your personal data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time if processing is based on your consent. You can update or completely delete your personal data at any time. COOKIES
Cookies are IT data stored on the Store User’s end device and are intended for use with the Store’s websites. Cookies contain the name of the domain from which they originate, the duration of their storage on the end device, and a unique number. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
a. creating statistics that help understand how Store Customers use the website,
b. authenticating the Store Customer and ensuring their session after logging in to the Customer Account,
c. defining the user profile in order to display tailored content in advertising networks, particularly the Google network.
d. collecting static data via Google Analytics analytical tools,
e. promoting the Online Store on Facebook.com
The cookie mechanism is completely safe for the computers of Online Store Customers. Customers can change their cookie settings at any time. Customers can change these settings using their web browser settings. These settings can be changed, in particular, to block the automatic handling of cookies in their web browser settings or to notify them each time cookies are placed on their Device. Detailed information about the possibilities and methods of handling cookies is available in the web browser settings.
The Administrator may collect Customers’ IP addresses. An IP address is a number assigned to the computer of a visitor to the Online Store by their internet service provider. The IP address is used by the Administrator to diagnose technical server problems, create statistical analyses, and improve the Online Store. In matters not covered by the Privacy Policy, legal provisions regarding the processing of Personal Data, including the GDPR, apply.
